The brief for this garden was to create a slightly wild, woodland style garden that was also family friendly.
We managed to stuff a lot into this smallish rectangular garden - a fire pit area with tree trunk stools, a bench under an archway of roses, a screened off veggie patch, a dining area for a family of four and a pond in a pot!
This contemporary courtyard garden has a cosy feel to it and is super easy to maintain.
There is no lawn which allows for more space for planting. A pathway leads you down the garden through deep beds stuffed with plants. Two small ornamental trees provide dramatic colour changes throughout the seasons. Despite its tiny size there are two seating areas - one for morning sun and one to enjoy evening sun.
This Nordic inspired garden has a sauna, outdoor shower and a gym workout cabin.
Full of lush architectural shade loving planting, this garden has three different seating zones each offering a different view of the garden. The main patio is surrounded by plants, while the relaxing chill zone has a soft screen of distressed wooden poles interspersed with tall planting to add interest and privacy. Silver birch, rowan and apple trees have been added to provide drama and height, helping to screen the neighbouring properties.

The brief for this garden was to create an elegant garden in which the planting looked good in every season.
We went with an evergreen heavy planting palette which means the majority of the plants and trees keep their leaves throughout the winter. Classy purple and white flowers pop up as the seasons change, giving the garden a new look in spring, summer and autumn.

This small courtyard garden provides an outdoor room for entertaining - a much needed extra space for this terraced house.
A curved pathway encourages the visitor towards a pretty patio area with built in L-shaped floating seating - a perfect spot to enjoy a bbq while the sun sets.
The low maintenance planting includes a number of delicate trees which are well suited for a small space, the canopies of which provide much needed shade for this sun trap.
This garden is packed with scented and wildlife encouraging plants.
In spring and summer butterflies and bees guzzle at the nectar on the pink and purple flowers, while a pond provides a home for frogs and dragonflies.
Three seating areas maximise the position of the sun as it moves around the garden - a morning coffee spot, a lunchtime sun spot and a gin terrace for the evening sunset.
